Went to a staff party at the National Museum of Scotland with my mate Chris on Friday, he works there as an AV Technician. It was strange listening to Abba “Party Queen” while drinking wine and looking at the stuffed Elephant, quite surreal really. It’s got to be the biggest place I’ve been to for a Christmas Party.
After the party at about 1:30pm we decided to go down the Cowgate to Bannermans. When we got there we found out that there was a band called Black McSabbath playing (a Black Sabbeth covers band). They were actually quite good, although I’m not entirely sure, since at that time I did have a rather large amount of alcohol in me at the time.
