This weeks long run was pretty good, a bit on the cold side however, must have been about zero degrees and I was wearing just about all the warm running kit that I own. I also had to stop a few times to walk over large patches of ice on the route. That reminds me I’m going to have to invest in some warmer running gear when I get paid at the end of this month.
