		<description>I&#039;ll not be drinking a drop before the 20 mile run this Saturday, that was quite rough for the first six miles on our last run. Hopefully it&#039;s not windy as it&#039;d be good to run the West Linton route........ to the broken tree! 8.51 is a bit better than I thought, that&#039;s around 3 hours 40 or so for a marathon, but we&#039;d slow down a bit at the end of the marathon I should think.</description>
