I’m currently living in a rented flat in Edinburgh after selling my flat in Edinburgh and on 3rd of October I’m going to be moving out of Edinburgh totally. I’m then going to be a resident of Peebles 
another £20,000 gets you 2 more bedrooms and a large garden, much better value for money IMHO.
Although, having managed to live without a car since I passed my driving test 15 years ago. I’m going to have to buy a car now, seeing if I can get a job nearer home might be the answer.
